lol, its all I could think of in Calvert, I only had spaghetti there, it was good, but not for the price.

I prefer going to St. Mary's...

yeah, one bad thing about calvert is the lack of nice places to eat. i keep hoping someone will post a diamond I haven't heard of. I get tired of driving to Annapolis or Solomon's for a nice restaurant experience.

I like MaMa's ok. Their pizza is good and if we're sitting down I get the veal in the crab sauce (forget what it's called).

Westlawn is nice but doesn't suit my palette. Too refined for me. We usually eat there for a fine dining experience and to give the kids some practice.

I like the old field inn. nice and cozy.

Have you tried Robert's in Prince Frederick? They don't have an extensive menu, but it's nice for a change every now and then.

MMDad

Lem Putt
Captains Table, Naughty Gull, or Stoney's with the family.

Jake and Al's for a great steak with the wife.

Breakfast at the Legion.

I have to agree Calvert does lack in this area..
Jake and Al's is okay. I have no real complaints yet.
Adams has really good ribs but the service is slow.
I prefer places like Ruth Chris, Rams Head tavern, Yellow fins, Jerry's seafood is the bomb!!!!!!!! Carrabba's, and we also like little fancy places like West lawn inn,Abacrombie Restaurant and la Scala.
I would love to open my own place. Have been working on my business plan for some time. I will eventually get there. I just hope Calvert will be ready for what I have in mind.
I am very critical about food and food presentation and the atmosphere that the place provides.. I swear I could of been a food critic. :lmao: I can drive a person crazy when going out for a bite to eat with me. :lmao:

Oh I forgot about Robert's. Great place, good food! They got rid of the Deli and it is now a martini bar.
