But everyone keeps forgetting, not all kids have good parents that play an active role in their lives.
And for the parents that are good parents and are active in their child's life, wouldn't they take it upon themselves to ensure their kids are properly guided?
If so, then why does it matter because the kids will have the proper guidance from the parent’s and would not place themselves in a situation where Plan B or Birth control even comes into play.
We have to be realistic and look at the whole, not parts of the whole.
