If you work with animals in any fashion, at any level, this is a fantastic opportunity to meet, greet, network and learn from your peers.

Do you have a menu at least, so we can see what kind of animal we can eat those days? I mean I would HOPE $140 we'd get SOME kind of tasty animal..

It is usual for these types of events to serve vegan based meals. But it is in a hotel, so I would think you could go to any restaurant and eat your fill of whatever you like. Here is a link to the hotels fare.
