Been there for a good while now.

They are at every entry and exit point coming into Calvert County. There are also a few scattered about in the county.

The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office has announced that they will be installing automated license plate reading (ALPR) cameras in strategic areas around the county to solve and prevent crime.

The cameras will be used to solve and reduce property and violent crime and are not intended for minor traffic violations.

Sounds good Sheriff Mike, but part of Flocks deal is that they get the data, and sell access to it. One reason the tech is so cheap. What's that old saying? If the product is free to you, you are the product?
