Flying in a large plane, super safe. Flying in private puddle jumpers, not nearly as much. If you google it you will see astroturfing about private jets being just as safe as large commercial airliners, but that's horsepucky. They literally use facts like "you're more likely to be stabbed in the TSA line than die in a crash, and private planes skip TSA!". Just look at the actual number of accidents vs flights and it's obvious that small planes experience issues more often by an order of magnitude or more. Just look at this list in this thread, how many of these politicians went down on a large airliner?

The plane Ron Brown in was pretty large, which was a Boeing T-43, a modified Boeing 737-200.

But I get what you're say'in. Smaller craft are also easier to access by bad actors to ensure a flight accident for those certain folks targeted.
