Not a disaster but ticking.
Older widowed neighbor had low pressure and asked me if I could check it out. Found and fixed a leak causing the low pressure. It was the connection to the pressure tank. Had to cut power to the pump and drain the system because the main was seized. While doing so I realized her pressure tank is on it's last legs. She thinks it's original to the house at almost 35 years. It certainly looks like it.

We used Matters Plumbing to replace both hot water heaters in the basement, the well pressure tank and he replaced the laundry tub and faucet, too.
