Anyone know what's up? Came through there around 4:40 and there were tons of Charles County police, plus a lot of cars in the driveway of the house just before Morelands and Gallant Green. Lots of people standing in the intersection of the road across from it too.

Well where do I begin, they were looking for a person whose 49 years old and a bit crazy, that lives in that house with his father, his father reported him missing today to the police. This afternoon someone reported he was back in the area armed with a shotgun and suicidal. The sheriffs department dispatched all kinds of people from their dept., K9 dogs, search and rescue dogs, 4 wheelers and I believe Trooper 2, I heard it fly over my house headed that direction about 5:15. They ended their search around 6:30 without locating him.

Thanks for the update! It was sort of surreal! Looked like something really bad had happened. Hope they find him and he doesn't do any damage to himself or anyone else.

I see from ad in Maryland Independent additional search for Paul Vincent Knobel (Paulie) to be performed Sunday Nov 4 starting at 8 am meeting at Gallant Green store.

No need for search party this week, he was found last night by a couple of hunters, he was deceased and had been there for some time. The woods where he was found was miles back from the road, only reachable by foot.

Do you know in what area he was found? I understand it was far off the road, but just wondering as I live near the area where he lived.

I believe it was right behind his house, and yes it was way way back in the woods, when the hunters came out to meet the police and went back in it was dark and even they had trouble locating the spot.
