LA PLATA, Md. -- Two men are under arrest for allegedly stealing cars and altering their serial numbers.
Investigators said nine cars have been stolen since April 3 from Ken Dixon Automotive in the 2200 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf, Md.
Authorities said the stolen vehicles were either Cadillac Escalades or DeVilles, or Chevrolet Monte Carlos or Impalas.
