2315; One officer on foot doesn't have a portable. Initial officer went back to vehicle
2315; Setting up a perimiter around a 'fence' on Prather Drive.
2315; Officer advises subject was reaching into his waist when he took off
2316; Started out as a suspicious subject
2316; Advising someone is in the office at St. Clements Crossing
2316; Advising subject ran inside the 'community center'
2317; Now stating initial reason for the chase may be a 10-55.
2317; Suspect hopped a fence, headed towards Prather, went towards the field office
2317; Police are out with the subject
2318; Suspect is in custody. Requesting a K-9 for drugs
