Coming into SMC from Calvert. White work van being followed by numerous units. Ran into atleast one guard rail, possibly drunk.

Calvert Cops didn't stop him, the drunken idiot wrecked at the base of the bridge and thank God for two things, he didn't get on the bridge because that would have been worse than what it was and that no other cars were involved. He didn't get injured but was cuffed and taken to jail.
