SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Former Baltimore Oriole Albert Belle is accused of using a tracking device to stalk an ex-girlfriend.
The 39-year-old Belle was arrested Thursday by police in Scottsdale, Ariz., and was charged with stalking.
Court documents said the former girlfriend found a GPS device on her vehicle and believes Belle put it there. She also alleges Belle repeatedly threatened her.
Belle made an initial court appearance late Thursday and a judge set bail at $108,000.
Reached by The Associated Press Friday, Belle was unwilling to speak about the case, adding that the media never reports the good stuff that he does.
