Police: Man Videotaped Sex With Teenage Girls

Police thought they were breaking up a party for underage drinking, but what they found was far more disturbing.

Adrian Township police said Jason Malone, 24, (pictured, left) was taping teenage girls exposing themselves.

Videotapes were discovered in Malone's home, where they also confiscated marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia.

One videotape showed Malone engaged in a sex act with a 16-year-old girl, Local 4 reported.

Malone is facing a number of charges.

What charges? I mean, yeah, the drugs - but I thought 16 wasn't statutory? And if the girls knew he was taping them, that throws out that charge.
