But there’s no similar provision for having someone else preside if the Vice President is impeached.

What a waste of time and money. It would take way too long and way to much resource to try and get the impeachment process completed prior to the end of this term. I doubt very seriously that the VP will try and run for another fed office so why bother anyway.
Simple majority in the House, the 2/3 of the senate is doubtful as well.

I wish I knew more about making online videos. I'd set this video with some soft background music and MLK's "I Have A Dream" speech. But change the word 'dream' to 'fantasy'.
