I think I totally disabled them and it is causing me not to be able to open the links posted in the forums. Does that sound right? If so how do I fix it to work again?

Try holding down the ctrl key when you DO want a pop-up.

You should get a warning or bar across the top of the page telling you it's been disable (HA!... it has a disable...) Anyway, go into Tools/Options (assuming FireFox...) and add an exception for SoMD.com

IE and I don't get a warning I think I disable it. I can open these links if I right click and open.
