Okay, so I have never made one before, but I am going to make the attempt this Christmas.

Anyone ever made one? I'm a pretty decent cook, but this endeavor is somewhat daunting. I don't want it to turn out dry and flavorless, so any suggestions would be appreciated. :flowers:

Don't overcook it; use salt. YW :flowers:

I am sure you'll do just fine. Everything you cook turns out delicious. Google a bunch of ideas and go with the one you like.
I just got a craving for chicken livers in sherry. :lmao:

If you haven't bought it yet, Nick's has them on sale for $2.49/lb. I noticed today because I was there to preorder a standing rib roast.

May have passed you, i was there between 4:30 - 5:15 timeframe.

I assume you mean in PF. My receipt shows I checked out at 16:14. Can't go to Nick's without leaving with something! Just missed you. Darn it! Not that we would know each other, but I do have an uncanny ability of spotting the nice guys! :lol:
