Port Tobacco RV Resort

Does anybody own a piece of property at the RV Resort, or know anyone that does?

I'm wondering if anyone is privately selling any property there.

Nope. Thanks, though. Port Tobacco RV Resort is located right 'next door' to the Port Tobacco Marina.

The RV Resort/Campground place sells deeded lots - so you own your own lot and pay an HOA fee, and you can set up a camper on there more or less permanently. Then, since you own it, you can sell it in the future.

I've been trying to purchase a lot in there for over 2 months now. I'm not having much luck. It appears the person who owns (and is selling) the lot I'm interested in has filed for bankruptcy or something and it is a big mess.
