Spotted on at the Gate 2 intersection at the corner of the building that has Linda's. Solar powered, poles about 15 feet tall. And another up past the Air museum. Normally see these in urban Walmart parking lots. Never seen them deployed in St Mary's before.

Placed for the funeral procession for the fallen firefighter I bet.
they seem to place them in areas where large crowds are going to be. The hospice walk in Leonardtown comes to mind as an event that always gets one.
