Positive and motivational quotes/thoughts

At the beginning of the year I have tried to be more positive and up lifting. Whether your having a bad day or struggling for motivation to workout it only takes 1 positive thing to change your mood and outlook on things. I know when I'm at the gym and I feel like giving up when someone tells me hey you can do it, it actually helps me. So I just wanted to pass along some words of kindness and what motto everyone and hopes it helps you in what ever you are doing.

My fitness pinterest board was the best thing ever for me when I was actively losing weight..seeing pictures of fit people and people motivated to work out and make themselves healthier really helped me. Because motivation is about 80% of the battle.

I got a lot of my workouts from there. I just click on one and do it then move onto the next one. So far so good. Just reading positive things helps me a lot.
