I came over the bridge right before the emergency

vehicles got there, I didn't see any vihicle parked or stopped on the bridge. I thought maybe some boat accident happened.

The cops had a vehicle stopped on Patuxent Beach Road over by the junk yard. There was another car up by the Patuxent River Assembly of God just before 235/4 intersection. That car is on a roll back with the crime lab there securing it.
