My daughter was in Pre-K at Carver last year and we didn't know anything until the day before school started. If I remember correctly they will tell you at orientation who the teacher will be and whether they will be in AM or PM. Last year there were two different Pre-K teachers, one who did AM & PM classes and the other did only AM classes. They will also have a bus schedule posted, which was way off last year, she missed the bus on the first day because the schedule said the bus would come at 7:45 and the bus ended up coming at about 7:20. So if your son is riding the bus, be out early. If the teachers are the same this year, you'll either have Ms. Reed or Ms. Butler. Ms. Reed seemed like a great teacher, my daughter had Ms. Butler who I wasn't very impressed with. Very friendly, just didn't communicate with the parents very well.
