Predictions for St. Mary's

Here are my predictions for the primary:

• Sheriff: Zylak and Sacks
• Commissioner Prez: Randall and Rowland
• District 1: Anderson and Dement (although Dement is a tough call)
• District 2: Mattingly and Gass
• District 3: Jarboe and Brooks
• District 4: Raley and Gray

We'll revisit this tomorrow and see how I did...

I'd say you're probably correct.

Let's hope Wade, and Evans unseat Randall and Anderson in the interest of property owners rights in St. Mary's.

Surely there's a shocker somewhere on the ballot. Who's your shocker pick?

My shocker would be Merl Evans for District 1. I'd love to see Merl get it - he's a personal friend and I know him quite well. But I don't think the county is ready for that kind of "in your face" honesty.

Whenever I think of Kenny Dement as a political candidate, I think "I thought you weren't supposed to mix politics with religion (softball)?"
