Preemptive Pardons

WTAF!?

Biden considering pardons for Shifty Schiff, Lizzo Cheney, and Fawking Fauci. Is this an admission of guilt? The Dems have no shame.
Biden is looking death in the eye right now, in his short periods of lucidity at least, and some people try to get themselves right with the Lord about this time.

I wonder if this could be his way of identifying the a-wholes, on his death bed, that need to be severely punished. Probably thinks ratting out everybody is as close to God as he can get.

I didn't know any of those mentioned were in need of a pardon.
Maybe Biden is being psychic or maybe he knows things we don't.
I man Schiff is a lying C-sucker and Liz is a Trump hating moron, and Faucci a midget MF'ing POS, and I would like to see them prosecuted, but Garland and Mayorkas IMO would need pardons long before the 3 mentioned.

We had an older landlord out in California who jacked up the rent so he could donate to the Catholic Church without it coming out of his pocket.

That was one of the few times I ever saw my late wife mad...hell, she was furious. She called him everything but a white man, including a hypo-Christian.

I'm telling you: the sistahs she worked with in Philly were a bad influence on her.

Mark Levin was ranting about this last night. I thought he was going to have an aneurysm on air.

Have you ever heard of a pardon for crimes yet to be discovered?
I was thinking the same thing. What the hell?! It's like he's king or something. IDK how this could ever hold up in court. It's not just because the recipients are slimy libs either. I'll admit, I also don't know where this power comes from, but he's nullifying the powers of another branch of our government. :burning:

Would Ford pardoning Nixon be considered a preemptive pardon?
Does it pardon acts already committed (but not yet known or prosecuted), or does it cover future not yet committed acts? I would say the former is not preemptive.

But I guess it hangs on if you consider pardoning to apply to the act or the prosecution of the act.

To put it in a religious context, when you go to the priest for absolution and receive a pardon from God, it applies to the act itself. The priest doesn't wait until after St. Peter has made a decision to intercede on your behalf.

What we really need is to be able to buy indulgences from the president.

Don't you think that the big donors are buying indulgencies?

Well to me pre-emptive pardons are pointing out the perfidy and guilt of those receiving the pre-emptive pardons.
Liz Cheney? she is nothing, a has-been, her only power a fantasy in her own mind.
Faucci? He got rich telling lies and making money for the pharmaceutical lobby. He doesn't deserve a pardon.
Schiff? A lying piece of dirt that California keeps sending to Washington ,California has no shame, the most terrible electorate in all of the 50 States. Maryland is bad , but not in the same league as California.

Tucker has an interview with Stefan Passantino (Hutchinson's attorney) that is well over an hour. I saw it and figured I watch the intro for a few minutes but ended up watching it in its entirety, it was very eye opening. Indeed, Cheney needs to be severely punished.

She won't be.
