Preschools

I'm a bit late in beginning my search for a preschool for the fall, and I don't really don't yet have the networking that I've had in other areas.

I want a good mix of loving/caring (with hugs too) and learning. A Christian environment is fine with me, but I also don't want it to be the main focus.

Does anyone have experience with Honey Mac Callum? I'm going to drop by there tomorrow

Any others? I'm in California.

Rays of Light! One of my friends is a teacher there and she's fabulous. Home

We love Honey MacCallum!!! My daughter has learned so much from there this year! The teachers are wonderful and always give lots of hugs! I highly recommend them!

Not sure how old your kid is but Green Holly Elementary has a 3 year old program along with their normal 4 year old Pre-K program.

Have they dropped their prices any? Last time I checked, they were quite ridiculous.

$620/mo, but it looks like it's 5 days a week

I would be apprehensive about a montessori program anyway. I've known some kids who didn't do well in that environment

I did find a school. Thanks all for the input

My son went to Starmaker when he was 2. I have friends whose kids were there from 2-5 and one friend whose son was there until he was mid-way through elementary school. I loved it and they loved it.
