Fabulously wealthy Teresa Heinz, wife of Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry, dishes an earful to writer Lisa DePaulo in the upcoming issue of Elle magazine -- such as her ambivalence about taking her second husband's surname and her requirement of a prenuptial agreement with the 59-year-old Massachusetts senator, whom she wed in 1995.

She sounds like fun! I'm pulling for Kerry now. She'd HAVE to be good for a bite a week during a long Presidential agreement.

Maybe we can get a pre-nup from Kerry; He doesn't do what he agrees to do and he only gets the extra toaster...

Speaking as a former constituent of the late Sen. Heinz, I;ll just say it's a good thing that he hadn't had a prenup or else Theresa Heinz wouldn't have had to worry about having one with Kerry. She would have been just another widow living on a senator's pension, and would never have appeared on Kerry's radar.
