it is www foolish it.com without the spaces, the sensor blocks it

CryptoPrevent is a tiny utility to lock down any Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1) to prevent infection by the Cryptolocker malware or ‘ransomware’, which encrypts personal files and then offers decryption for a paid ransom.

Incidentally, due to the way that CryptoPrevent works, it actually protects against a wide variety of malware, not just Cryptolocker!

Ya I fought some malware (I guess) on my Ex Wife's puter a couple weeks back. Said it was from the FBI, I think, and as soon as the PC booted to the desktop this screen would pop up telling you you had to pay like $300.00 as some fine because they caught you looking at porn or something (Damn 16yo son on mine). I played around for a couple of hours trying to get rid of it and then remembered crap this is a Dell. Hit F8 and dumped the whole thing and reinstalled.

I looked at a few websites telling me how to git rid of it but the number of steps needed to dump the machine and reinstall everything was less than the steps needed to get rid of the virus/malware. So I took the lazy route. It was long overdue anyway.

This is much worse, it takes your personal files and encrypts them. You will never be able to get them back unless you pay. There is no fix or undo, and it can even get your backups if they are logically/physically connected to your pc at the time of infection.
