Santos Nicolas Obando-Flores, age 46, of Brentwood, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to possession of child pornography. In 2015, Obando-Flores was convicted of a sex offense after engaging in sexual contact with a nine-year-old minor and was sentenced to 20 years in prison with all but six years suspended.
