If the helo was used, (and not sent back) it's serious. That location is only 2 minutes from the hospital.

Yeah, I know....I live off of Dares Beach Road. I couldn't get linked to the scanner to hear if the helicopter got cancelled or not. Hope all turns out well! And I agree, I hope it wasn't a teenager walking to school.

I saw someone strapped down on a stretcher about 6:10 A.M. this morning surronded by cops, emts, etc. on Dares Beach rd at RT4.Ambulance there, Helo on the ground on playground at Calvert Middle School. I wonder if it was the old guy with the walker. The one some people call "Wheels" cause of the wheels on his walker.
