I have Windows XP professional and an HP Officejet 6310. Whenever I print some business PDF documents off a particular website some of the words come out in jibberish. Is there something I need to update?
I have Windows XP professional and an HP Officejet 6310. Whenever I print some business PDF documents off a particular website some of the words come out in jibberish. Is there something I need to update?
No - it looks fine on the screen. I did a google search and one of the recommendations to fix it is to print as an image. I tried it and it worked. I just did and Adobe Reader update so hopefully that will correct the problem. I guess the font used on the PDF file is not recognized by Adobe.
