If I were sitting there on that unmoving plane while the airline retard argued with a crack whore, I'd be pissed. So good for him and his job but there are other people on that plane and they have places to be. Not to mention connecting flights to catch.

I was pissed when one lady held our flight for about 20 minutes leaving Denver for Reno because we had an engine problem and she threatened to have a panic attack if they didn't get her off the aircraft. My feelings didn't change what needed to happen.
