For your consideration ...
Let's be clear, color has noting to do with it. He was fired because his is a Marxist and communist, along with being a racist cvnt, as well as being insubordinate in his position under the Commander-in-Chief. He intentionally undermined and went against well establish tenets, the principles and doctrines, that have served the services, and combat arms, into being one of the finest fighting forces the world has ever seen.
When I served, the Six Imperatives, handled down by General Vuono, (Who was Chief of Staff of the United States Army from 1987 to 1991),
were as follows;
1. Quality Force
2. Using current Doctrine (Air-Land Battle Concept)
3. Balanced Force (Proper Size & Mixture)
4. Tough Realistic Training
5. Continuous Modernization
6. Competent & Confident Leadership
Somewhere along the timeline since, these imperatives were cast aside to the BS we have today that permeates the ranks. During my time, the most important combat training aspects were mission preparedness, physical readiness, esprit de corps, constant field training, embedding the necessary discipline to follow orders in the face of danger; to put one's fear of moving forward aside to carry on the mission. Not having to worry about someone's pronouns or being disparaged because of whiteness.
Soldiering, Marines included, is not for the weak. Experienced leadership must be there to turn weak men into hardened men, capable of eliminating an enemy on the battlefield, and pressing on even when they see their fellow brother fall, and to endure all that being in a war entails, as well as to support them with stoic leadership at the company and platoon level, along with good logistical support. Tent, what tent? Sleep on the ground, or in foxhole. Or in or under your vehicles. Be woken up every two to three hours to pull your guard duty shift for two to three hours, then wake up the next fellow to pull his. And still all be ready to jump into action at the drop of the hat. Today, it appears to the world, our services have pretty much, in general, been turned into an easy going summer camping program. Weakened by those supposedly responsible for ensuring we are the most feared fighting force, as we were in the past.
