Problems w/ PNC online banking

Does anyone use PNC online banking? I am having problems on my home laptop and have had problems at my store computer for the past several days. The "pending transactions" keeps saying loading rather than showing actual pending transactions. No new transactions have shown up since Friday.

I called customer support and was told to dump the cookies. Did that and it changed nothing.
Anyone? Please keep in mind I am very technically challenged!

I use them everyday, at home, at work and on my Iphone and had a minor issue yesterday morning, just said online wasn't available. I've never had any problems with showing balance, doing transactions or transfers between accounts??

I have been having the SAME issues....It has been going on for more than a week.....Dump the Cookies?? How do you do that??????

They walked me through it...go to tools, internet options, check a bunch of boxes.

Changed nothing...

The young lady I spoke to on the phone said she was not aware of any online issues. Glad I am not the only one having them! I will go speak to the branch manager as soon as I have time.

This sucks. I watch my accounts like a hawk since they have been compromised more than once. I am also trying to pay bills and take care of business from home.

The whole face of the page has changed in the past several days. It is NOT user friendly and the pending transactions doesn't work.

I set up text/email notifications for my accounts for that very reason !

I went on line to the PNC site this morning to pay some bills, and did not experience any problems. :shrug:

PNC works better for me in Mozilla. The phone app hardly ever works when I need it. :mad:

I have been having the same problems for some time .Went to my local branch they had me sign on to my accts with their p/c and everything looked o.k. They suggested that I had a virus , I did a full scan and came up clean. Now I see that others are having the same problem, I think that PNC needs to look into whats causing it on their end. You can go to the printer friendly selection and see all of the current updates . That at least seems to work properly for me. Good luck !

Wow, thanks for the tip. Never realized that. Now, if only I could get this darn check book to balance :cussing:
