Professor of Art Carrie Patterson organized “The Shaping of America: A Painter’s Perspective” art exhibition on display now at AnnMarie Sculpture Garden and Arts Center in Solomons, Maryland. The show opened on September 27 and runs through October 26, with an evening reception on October 11 from 5-8 p.m.
The exhibition features the paintings of 10 women artists who see and experience the genre of landscape painting in uniquely different ways. Patterson is one of the artists whose work is included in the exhibition. The exhibition moves to The Painting Center in New York City after its run at AnnMarie Garden.
