Kaitlynn Fisher had Progressive insurance and was killed in a June 2010 car crash in Baltimore. In order to avoid the payout to Kaitlynn Fisher's family, Progressive interjected itself into a lawsuit the Fisher family filed against the other driver.

Its wild how this has gone viral. Its been going on for a while, but only when two of my cousins posted it did it go viral. Its a nasty story....and very surprising...Mr Fisher is one of their dearest friends. Its been an ongoing issue....kind of ironic.

After reading more about the story, if I was insured with Progressive, I'd rethink that choice and make changes.
