Anyone have any positive or negative feedback on property managers in St. Mary's? We have a home we'd like to rent and are looking for a good manager. Thanks!

I use Durkin’s Reality :yay: to rent my house, but I manage the property myself. I believe they will do “It All “ if that’s what you want. Call Linda and ask her. She is a great person to work with.

We have a house out of state and use a property manager. If we ever move back, I would manage it myself, but keep some of the management practices in place. We pay $40/yr to have a home inspector come in and tell us what repairs need to be made. Some of it, we have to fix and some, the renters have to fix. The inspector takes pictures too, inside and out. Put in lease that the carpets have to be professionally cleaned when vacating, and a receipt needs to be turned in at that time.

Contrary to one poster's comment, I'd avoid the remax gentleman. Our neighbors are renting and he's the manager. The place is falling to pieces and he takes over 3 months to address anything with the owner. All for a 10% cut.

Do it yourself.
