PSA: St. Mary's VCA

First I want to say I hate Northern vets and I miss my vet in Texas. They never charged for an exam. One local vet almost killed my cat and didn't properly tend another of my animals.

This past week my main coon became very ill & almost died. I refused to take him to a previous vet I had seen here and was advised to go to St. Mary's VCA.

I have finally found a vet here that is amazing.

Dr. Meadows, I LOVE YOU.

She was honest, didn't sugar coat anything, worked with us on my main coon's care, and literally brought him back from the brink of death. He isn't out of the woods yet but he is doing better every day.

To all the delightful ladies that loved on my main coon while he was sick, I love you too!

Vet bills...don't even wanna go there. I am seriously thinking about getting pet insurance.

I just wanted to give these ladies the appreciation they deserve. I am a Happy Momma.

Thank You Ladies!!

An update on my Main Coon, Spike. He is doing GREAT!!!

Yesterday he pulled my sweater down off the staircase railing and decided to drag it around the house like a child's security blanket. He has a fetish with carrying clothes around. If I can't find something, like my bra, I know Spike had it. Or if I find random articles of clothing in the middle of the floor...I know Spike had them. Odd cat.

So anyhow, yesterday he drug my sweater all over the house. I have no idea why. Yes, I just sat and watched him and didn't take it away from him. It amuses me. Then he drug it to the office, about three feet from my desk, directly in front of the sliding glass door, spread it out, (Yes, he spread it out..damnedest thing I ever saw), and then laid down on it. A few minutes later my other fatboy joined him.

Spike is the black one with the shaved belly.
Diesel is the Silver Tabby.
