The cinnamon stick apple ale at Ruddy Duck is completely delicious. It's not particularly cinnamony or appley; Frequentflier said "champagne", and I agree. Very light and bubbly, flavorful.

Not overly carbonated? The last bottle of Shucker stout I had from Mully's was cray cray with the bubbles, just not a fan of all that.

It was nice and crisp, but not overly so. They need to make that a permanent beer for summer - it screams to be drank while sitting outside by the water.

It's not fruity in any real way. I thought it would be more like a hard cider but Layla brought us a taster and I ended up getting three of them. *hic*
