Are any of the little patches of beach down there public? The few I noticed appeared to have Private Property signs. Behind the post office there was a strip of beach that had a bunch of people, and they didn't appear to be part of one group; meaning that I don't think they were the owners of the property.

Nope, all are private. It's also posted not to be behind the post office.
Oh wait, Camp Md is public at the end of Thomas road, On St George Island. Nice beach

All beaches are public from the high tide Mark out, but how are you going to get there?
