This isn't a true "PTSO". Had the teacher been surfing porn on a school computer, in front of students no less, she should have been prosecuted. But it looks to me like the computer got infected and indeed started popping up porn sites. Therefore the teacher is innocent.

What slays me is that this went to a jury trial and THEY voted her "guilty". Must be some dumb moes in CT. Apparently they never scanned the computer, either, which would prove whether it was infected or not.

The prosecution determines the majority of the jury most of the time. I see an appeal coming. :whistle:
