Woman uses 4-week-old child as baseball bat
Erie, Pennsylvania - Wielding her 4-week-old child as a weapon, a 27-year-old women bludgeoned her boyfriend without mercy. The boyfriend appears to have escaped without serious injury even though struck hard enough to require intensive care treatment for the child.
Chytoria Graham has been charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. Even though swung through the air and slammed into the adult man's body the baby continues to hang onto life. The child, in critical condition, is being monitered by Erie County and the State of Pennsylvania, with charges of murder one waiting in the wings if the child dies.
