It's CNN. The writer is a mental case. And he's also probably lying because that's what they do there.
You'd think with all our money Biden/Harris have been flooding Ukraine with to "fight the war against Russia" Putin wouldn't want another four years of that and would be hoping Trump would come in and stop the madness. It makes no sense for him to endorse Harris, unless he knows it will weaken our military and our country in general, then he can waltz right on in and we'll all be eating borscht in our bombed out hovel by 2026.
Putin's not endorsing anybody. He's just trying to stir up sh!t here.
