Putting this here cause judges are elected.

Power with Control
So last spring, guy gets sentenced to five years for arson. Dropped to three by the nice judge. A few months later, busted for illegal possession of a firearm. Three year sentence, dropped to a little over three hundred days. So he should be in jail for about four years, right? Well. He was arrested a week or so ago for driving a stolen car and leading a high speed chase. Released shortly on personal recognizance. Then he stabbed someone. Well I can name at least two judges who I'm damn sure are never going to get a vote from me. If they want to hide behind guidelines, I want to see action from them that they have fought against these guidelines as being too permissive. But I'm sure I won't. Michael Stamm and Christy Chester are those judges.

Sounds like Judge Karen Christy Holt Chesser is hot for BBC.

I'd say the same for any of these judges, male or female.

If judges and defense lawyers could be sued (or imprisoned) when the person they fought to free goes on to victimize others, I guarantee you'd see this sh*t stop right quick.

See, the problem is he wasn't driving drunk. Then he would have got 10+ years.
