Help me understand this, since I've never been in one of those theaters, and I've never seen one of those movies. If they don't want guys doing a Pee-Wee Herman in a public theater, then why make these types of theaters public in the first place? Why not have private stalls in these places instead?

Maybe its just me, but doesn't having police patroling porn theaters seem like a waste of tax money. If they got the resources to waste on crap like that, then it sounds like a good time for tax cuts.

You're right. As I said, they could save money on the police patrols and just install private booths in the scummy theaters.
