I would have fainted. Paco, a three-foot, four-pound ball python with brown and yellow markings, apparently slithered into the box, and hid beneath the foam peanuts the DVD player was packed in.

First...THE SNAKE WAS ROAMING LOOSE IN THE HOUSE!!!
Second....If I'd opened that box they'd have heard the scream for miles.
Third...."Her way of expressing customer dissatisfaction" Now there's a calm customer rep.
