Ever hear of it? I saw a pot of it in the gourmet cheese section and was like, end of the world, what the heck, let's try it.

Supposedly it's a cheese, but it's more like sour cream or Greek yogurt. The package suggestions said to top granola with it but I spread it on crackers and topped it with rare sliced beef.

Reading up on it, it references sometimes as "Farmers cheese" and I remember someone getting me to try that a long time ago.

Must not have been memorable because I never bought it since... Never heard it referred to as quark.

I've bought it at Harris Teeter. It's not bad, similar to a thick yogurt. (and low in points for any ww's out there)
