Thanks for asking! Neither the fire dept. nor rescue squad responded to my requests, but we found out that an Occupational Therapist and a Physical Therapist are needed in order to deal with all of this adequately. Medicare should be kicking in within the next couple of weeks, and when that happens they'll cover 100% of the OT and PT. So we're waiting.
