If she removed it to erase the possibility of more donations due to recieving a fair amount and not wanting to be greedy, well that was a good suggestion and action. However I guess she could have just mentioned it on her original post. Either way, Merry Christmas to all.That makes no sense at all

Thank You. We have received plenty and there was no need to leave it posted. I still receive emails asking if we still need anything and my answer has been no. Then you guys are more trusting than me. I didnt take it that way and I still dont. I dont beleive for a minute that anyone reading that thread, and would make it to page 12 where she started her posts and not realize that she has already received her dontation.
Jessica and Steve, I believe them. This "B" as she proudly wears the screen name (dont understand why, she would pick that as she comes on here, looking for help) but I am sorry, but I just dont get a trusting feeling with her. I dont know why, but I dont.
Anyway--her child is the most important part of this and regardless of what I think of her, this little boy will have a great christmas. If she is full of it, then as she indiated earlier, what comes around goes around and karma always finds a way to make an appearance.

i'm not good with street names, but i'll take a try--by the pharmacy(beck, brock road or something
), also near hyperspace. I have seen them by the church on the northbound side(not sure if this is the one you're referring to), saw one on the antique lot, beside the shell w/burchmart(that one caught me off guard). Oh, and don't forget the one(s) parked in the median and the ones that hang in the crossover. There's also the ones I've noticed on the southbound side, side streets.All that to say, they are definitely out there. I normally don't pick up speed until I hit Mechanicsville area.

Sorry that you have been burned enough to make you not so trusting -- that's a terrible feeling. Just as people knew Jessica and Steve, people also knew her. You're right, the little one will have a great Christmas and that's what was so important to her in the first place.

Absolutley, and thats the greatest thing about America, freedom of opinion and speech, think what you want of me. I have a hard exterior and can definetly take it. And the reason I wear my name proud, "ImaBadB", is because someone who is in the situation I am in and going through, in order to get through it must be a Bad B*tch, which I have to say I proudly am. Also, yes, my son is going to have a wonderful Christmas thanks to these forums and some of the people in them. I will be sure to post pictures of my little boy on Christmas morning when his face lights up!

You know...I tried not to comment to this, but I have to. As guess as your friend, twinoaks suggested, you are young. Instead of thinking you are a badbiatch, I would more or less considered a name, like LUCKY, GREATFUL, ANGEL, something that shows what you are for what your life has become, such as your son safely made it through his ordeal of being ill, that you have employment, that you have a roof over your head and heat in your house, not that your are a badbiatch for going through it.

Thanks for labeling me a friend (always nice to be considered a friend, even when you don't know the person from Adam). I work a lot with young people and have found that they have different ideas and ways of expressing themselves. In their youth culture, this phrase is often used to project a feeling of confidence where they might not have any or to convince people of their worth, or simply as a common descriptor. Similarly, you might notice postings of people in this age group contain a lack of grammar structure or punctuation - not because they don't know how to do it, but because they have been brought up in a time where text messaging is a major mode of communication - and one that doesn't place emphasis on correct form. (Unlike what those of us who are older are used to in our writing efforts.)
What better way to go into an arena where you don't know anyone, where you need to ask something that you're not comfortable asking, and where people routinely flame you? Start out with a name that implies that you're someone not to be messed with and it's a little easier to do. May not be how you or I would do it but hey, part of what makes this forum so great is the individuality of the people involved and the interactions between us all.
Ease up people & go out and enjoy your holiday! If she changed her name now, people would be complaining about MPD's! I vaguely remember being that young myself...
