Quicken help

We've used Quicken for a few years now. Couple weeks ago, I try to open the program and the computer tells me, "File not found". So we loaded it from the back-up file, and everything was fine.

Except: We have 2 usernames on the computer. Mainly because I'm clueless, and terbear doesn't want me to monkey with any of the programs she uses. :stupid: Quicken used to be synced between our 2 usernames - Anything I saved would show up when she opened the program, & vice versa. Now, it isn't. That's going to cause a problem.

So what did we change, & how do we fix it? Did I even explain that well enough for somebody to suggest something?

I had that happen a long time ago.... Believe me... the easiest way to get it to sync is to back up a "final" you both agree on and restore the same one twice...
