I was rereading a book by one of my favorite science fiction authors, Robert A. Heinlein. The book is The Moon is a Harsh Mistress written in 1965.Came upon this quote about taxes and though it was so appropriate for today. " There is no greater tyranny than to make someone pay for something that they don't want just because you think it's good for them."

That book has a lot of good stuff in it. Mainly, "There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch" (TANSTAAFL).
