Quran 23:78. It is He who produced for you the hearing, and the eyesight, and the feelings. But little gratitude you show.
79. And it is He who multiplied you on earth, and to Him you will be gathered.
80. And it is He who gives life and brings death, and to Him is the alternation of night and day. Do you not understand?
81. But they say the like of what the ancients said.
82. They say, “After we have died, and become dust and bones, will we be resurrected?
83. We were promised this before—we and our ancestors—these are nothing but legends of the ancients.”
84. Say, “To whom does the earth belong, and everyone in it, if you happen to know?”
85. They will say, “To God.” Say, “Will you not reflect?”
86. Say, “Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Splendid Throne?”
87. They will say, “To God.” Say, “Will you not become righteous?”
88. Say, “In whose hand is the dominion of all things, and He protects and cannot be protected from, if you happen to know?”
89. They will say, “To God.” Say, “Then are you bewitched?”
90. In fact, We have given them the truth, and they are liars.
91. God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe.
92. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate.
There is no commentary this morning for these verses.The title, according to one of the sources I use is "Polytheism is self condemned".
My guess is the verses are saying don't worship any other God but God. My guess is... I'm supposed to say.... this is why Jesus is not God's Son..... because that would mean two gods.... Polytheism. But I don't buy that argument.... as good as it is.
So Jesus was indeed a son.... we agree He was "born". He could have done meaner miracles.... we saw His anger in the temple and we know Satan offered Him the Earth if He would just do miracles at Satan's behest.
The point everyone is missing is.... God is perfectly capable of being a human as well as God. It's not Polytheism.... it's split Divinity!

Mars... the Moon.... the Earth.... the seas the mountains... the duck billed platypus and the polar bear.... and humans.... and every molecule that makes all that vastness up.... why in the world couldn't He come to earth through a womb He created?
Jesus is God.... As God... Jesus knew not to pull our His massive bag of tricks. He did what He needed to do to destroy the death penalty Adam and Eve put on us when they listened to Satan. He didn't murder them all when they called Him insane and tried to push Him off a cliff. He didn't call down His angels when they hung Him on a cross for knowing more about the scriptures than they did. Jesus is God... not another God.... God in another form. Jesus is God in human form.
I don't know why people don't get that....
Jesus is God.... in human form.
He did that for us!
