Quran 26:52. And We inspired Moses: “Travel with My servants by night. You will be followed.”
53. Pharaoh sent heralds to the cities.
54. “These are a small gang.
55. And they are enraging us.
56. But we are a vigilant multitude.”
57. So We drove them out of gardens and springs.
58. And treasures and noble dwellings.
59. So it was. And We made the Children of Israel inherit them.
60. And they pursued them at sunrise.
61. When the two groups sighted each other, the followers of Moses said, “We are being overtaken.”
62. He said, “No; my Lord is with me, He will guide me.”
63. We inspired Moses: “Strike the sea with your staff.” Whereupon it parted, and each part was like a huge hill.
64. And there We brought the others near.
65. And We saved Moses and those with him, all together.
66. Then We drowned the others.
67. In that there is a sign, but most of them are not believers.
68. Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Merciful.

There's commentary this morning.

The pronoun them refers to gardens and springs, etc., in general, and not to the particular gardens, etc., from which the Egyptians were turned out. The heritage of gardens and treasures was given to the Israelites in the land of Canaan, the promised land flowing with milk and honey.
Elsewhere the same idea is expressed by saying: “Strike for them a dry path in the sea, not fearing to be overtaken, nor being afraid”
The sea had gone back, thus leaving a dry path for the Israelites. The meaning may be that each wave, as it receded, was like a huge mound. The word ∆aud, it may be noted, means a mountain, as well as an elevated or overlooking tract of land, and is even applied by a poet to a camel’s hump.
So the Quran and the Bible agree that God pulled the sea back and allowed them to ford the sea on dry ground.... then when the Egyptians pursued them... the water was released and it washed the Egyptian army out.

Same Moses.... Same God.
